The City of Hillsdale Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) is pleased to announce their newest business development program the "Entrepreneurial Food, Fun, and Spirits Competition".

By offering up to $36,000.00 in cash prizes along with the support of the City's Office of Economic Development, the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center and South Central Michigan Works! and special project financing rates through local lender County National Bank, TIFA hopes to attract a gastronomic entrepreneur with a unique business model that will offer new dining options for the area.
